You'll need a valid photo ID, proof of renter's insurance, your first month's rent, and the security deposit (if not already paid). We'll do a walkthrough together to document the condition of the unit before handing over the keys.

Yes, all tenants are required to carry renter's insurance for the duration of their lease. This protects your personal belongings in the event of theft, fire, or other covered incidents. Most policies are affordable and can be set up in minutes through your preferred insurance provider.
Minor modifications such as hanging pictures or installing curtain rods are generally permitted. Any significant changes — painting, fixture replacements, or structural alterations — require written approval from management before proceeding.
We require written notice at least 60 days before your intended move-out date. You can submit this through the Renters Portal or by contacting our office directly. We'll schedule a pre-move-out inspection and walk you through the process for getting your security deposit returned.
